ABC News: Is Hi Def-DVD Dead?

This really blows. I bought into HD-DVD because it is more affordable and because after many years of disappointment- I refuse to support anything from Sony. I’ve applauded Warner’s recent practice of releasing their movies in BOTH formats. Apparently Sony paid them off with $500-million, and now they are all about Blu-Ray. Frelling bastards.

An even bigger mistake was made by Toshiba- canceling their reception at CES. Way to essentially roll over and die…

Let’s just call it HDDVD and not HiDef, it just sounds better.
