Sprint breaks up with high-maintenance customers | Tech news blog – CNET News.com

So apparently several years ago when I canceled my Sprint contract because they were constantly f*cking up my bill and charged me for a phone I never got- I should have just kept complaining! At least then I wouldn’t have had to pay $200 to cancel the account. Sprint sucks, period. The phone service itself wasn’t bad, but their accounting and customer service are probably the worst in the industry, or at least on the same par as AT&T.
