I commented a bit more in my LJ, but I think this is a really cool thing. I’ve had a GrandCentral account since late last year when I first heard about them. I admit I haven’t used it much as it was pretty primitive when it first started and I was already working on something similar in Asterisk for my home VoIP server.

The only thing that is really lacking as far as I’m concerned is the ability to set up more than their stock caller groups, although this shortcoming is pretty easy to work around since you can customize actions by individual too.

I also would like to see the ability to have user-customized ring-backs, which were removed for some reason after Google acquired them. I suspect it was being abused in some way, or perhaps people were uploading copyrighted music.
